Wow a 257Mb Indie Game!

At least I assume it's an Indie game as it's on Big Fish Games.  Any way Pet Pals: Animal Doctor doesn't even have a demo version, you have to buy and download the full 257Mb.  However, this doesn't seem to have stopped people buying it - it's in the Big Fish Games top 10 chart!  Perhaps people equate the huge file size with value?  Anyway theres a funny video with a guy going on about his cat vomiting check it out.
