I'm a little late on this but I had to mention it for one reason in particular.
2d boy is a new Indie game development company Ron Carmel and Kyle Gabler - 2 blokes you have, no doubt, never heard of. So why am I posting this? Kyle made Tower of Goo (that's the one reason) - and their first game is going to be World of Goo which, I can only assume, will build on the sticky gooiness of it's predecessor turning it into a fully fledged game rather than a very amusing waste of time.
