Flash games don't get bigger and more complex than this one. The download is quite large (for a flash game) and there's no progress bar, but it's worth the wait.
You have to Burn the Rope is a complex beast, but worth spending some time becoming acquainted with it. In fact I like it so much I've completed it twice (really!).
You are a solitary pink warrior, with fearsome throwing axes as his only form of protection against the encroaching darkness. Watch out for the mean beastie - he's out to get you in a BIG way! In fact he's one of the largest bosses I've seen in a Flash game, you can barely fit the whole of him on the screen at once.
The graphics have a retro, cool, pixel look to them. They're not stunning but they do help add to the atmosphere of the piece. Assuming you are hardcore enough to beat the final boss (I did. Twice), then I'd suggest listening to the song in the credits. That on it's own makes the whole thing worthwhile. The icing on the cake you might say.
You have to Burn the Rope is available to play now, what are you waiting for?
