Sonic RPG first screenshots

Sonic RPG is a game being developed by the king of RPG’s – Bioware for the Nintendo DS. I heard an announcement some time back about the game being made but then it all went silent. However now some screenshots of the game have now surfaced and honestly… it’s not what I expected.

I must admit, I don’t know what I did expect, but this wasn’t it. The game does look very cool, but also unlike a stereotypical Sonic game.

Apparently the controls are entirely stylus based, similar to Zelda DS. The rest of the game seems to be standard RPG fayre, take a group of Sega characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Amy etc) and troop around following the storyline and battling evil nasties (possibly linked to Robotnik/ Eggman?).

2 ryan - January 23, 2008: hey if you guys think thats interesting you should try to find the nintendo power issue with sonic RPG on the cover!! they tell you so much about the game and.. like i thought it was gonna be a flop but after i read the article it completely changed my mind man!!! this game is gonna be awesoome!!!
