Sonic and Mario Olympics

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned the great time I had playing a preview of the game at the Wii house in London... and today, to celebrate the release of the game, I have an (almost) exclusive video of the event.

Thankfully they didn't use the footage of me being interviewed... I'm sure it was dreadful. They did however get some of me playing like a maniac and hugging Mario and Sonic (around the three minute mark). I'm the one with the crazy, slightly embarrassed grin on his face - and I don't have blue spikes or dungarees either! Robsta is also there, playing right next to me.

At the end of the video they mention the DS version of the game which has been rather overshadowed in recent weeks. It's actually not due to be released until early next year but it looks to be having a similar gameplay style to the Wii version. It will be interesting to see how well the controls actually convert to the smaller device.
