Quake Live enters beta

Everyone has heard of Quake and Quake Live is the latest in the series, trying something new. It’s an online browser based version of the much loved series.
I have entered my details to try the beta so it will be interesting to see if they pick me. I’m loving this recent trend towards online, browser based games. I wonder if I see them more because of my work but they do seem to be more and more common.
