Nintendo Wii Release dates

I haven’t been as excited about a console launch as I have since… well… ever!

Now that all three territories have had their prices announced (obviously I only care about the UK release date) - I can let you know when the Wii will be released.

• United Kingdom (and, I assume, Europe) : December 8 - £179 (249 Euros)
• United States : $250
• Japan : 25,000 Yen

Now I am going to go and drool over the new Zelda screenshots.

FWIW I will be getting a Wii fairly soon after launch day (I’m going to Paris the day it is released) with Zelda, and probably one other game.
