There have been some leaked videos of a new Ghostbusters game recently and they looked great. People wondered what was going on, "is this a hoax?", "are they real?", "where can I buy it?" and finally the developers of the game footage, Zootfly, held up their hands and announced that the game is indeed genuine.
Based on the footage I would say they are massive Ghostbusters fans. Everything seems to be really well put together with a wonderfully cinematic camera, and a gun that moves and flexes with a life of it's own just as it does in the movies and cartoons. Personally I was never a big fan of the movies - I liked them, but they didn't enter the same realm of geekdom as the Star Wars films. This initial footage however is looking great, and I think great things could come from it.
Unfortunately licensing issues have slowed development but hopefully things will be able to pick up again soon.

RAD! They better have a little bouncing dot that goes along with the song on the title screen and pressing space should say "Ghostbusters" in 8-bit sound
Actually the C64 game was a bit boring.
