More Mario Kart goodies

Mario Kart for the Wii is due for release in April.

It’s my birthday in April.

Good times are coming!

As I’m sure anyone who reads this site regularly already knows, I am a big fan of all things Nintendo. Mario Kart is one of the reasons for this fandom. I wasn’t overjoyed by Mario Kart Double Dash, but the Snes, N64, Gameboy Advance and DS versions fill me with glee every time I turn them on. They’re a masterclass in racing fun, in particular when you play with friends.

Unfortunately I discovered with the DS version that my girlfriend is actually rather good at the games, but that just gives me one more game I can play with her so I shouldn’t complain really.

Disclaimer - unfortunately the April release date is for the US - no idea when it’s coming out in the UK, hopefully we won’t have to wait too long!
