Metal Gear Solid 4 gameplay footage
Written by Finally - we have a decent video of the new Metal Gear Solid 4 game from Konami. It even has some commentary (with subtitles) from the father of the series, Hideo Kojima.
You can see a variety of camouflage systems including one that has chameleon like abilities, and the solid eye a camera/ binocular thing - which looks similar to Sam Fishers (from Splinter Cell) night vision goggles, giving you various view modes.
Fans will be disappointed to see that Snakes traditional hiding place, the cardboard box, has been retired - but it has been replaced with a new addition which offers more protective abilities.
It’s a whopping 15 minutes long so grab some popcorn, dim the lights, and take a seat.
