Guppy is an interesting looking game from Cryptic Sea - the developers of Gish.
Unfortunately there is very little known about the game - in fact it was posted on the Cryptic Sea blog with the following quote...
Guppy is a 2d side scroller that kinda plays like GTA.. but not. its hard to explain and also still very early in development, but I couldn't help but post a little video of it.
