Tim, over at Indygamer, has done a round up of Geometry Wars clones. A lot of the games he mentions are great but not all are clones since they were developed well before Geometry Wars was released (Mono and Mutant Storm being the ones I know that were definitely first).
Anyway there are some very good games in there and many of them, including the previously mentioned - very cool - Mono, are free. So head on over and check them out.
