Far Cry 2 development video

Ubisoft have released a wonderful insight into the development of Far Cry 2, a game that is looking to be the best first person shooter (after Mirrors Edge of course) to be released this year.

Visually stunning, and a first person shooter that looks to have the gameplay to back up the visuals (something often lacking in these types of endeavours – Doom 3 anyone?)

You’re free to go anywhere you want at any time, … It’s about giving the player the opportunity to play the game the way he wants to play it.

Sounds good to me.
