EA Skate Crash and Burn

On Youtube it’s called the Meat Trailer and it’s easy to see why. Skate looks like it’s going to up the realism of skating games considerably. Sure, we don’t all go limp when we crash/ fall off our skate boards (for the record I haven’t skated since I was 10, and was rubbish then too) but I think it will be a while before we have totally realistic crash animations. For now you’ll have to “make do” with what we have.

I’m incredibly interested in Skate, I loved the Tony Hawks series, but in recent years it’s become rather stale. Skate may just be the game to revitalise the genre?
