Wow. I didn't see this coming. Call of Duty 4 is going to be released on the Nintendo DS. I'm a fan of the earlier games and have been looking forward to the upcoming sequel but I never expected it to be released on the Nintendo DS.
The graphics, whilst nowhere near their grown up consoles counterparts, are looking pretty sweet - and you can tell from the videos that there is a decent amount of physics going on (I wonder if this is scripted).
Apparently on top of the obvious single player mode there is going to be 4 player local multiplayer option. The controls are similar to those used in Metroid Prime on the DS (move with d-pad, aim with touch screen). Oh well - that's another game for me to look forward to.

I bought that game today and DS!!!! i will enjoy this game and i have psp too. i hope it come out on psp too
Now that Call of Duty 4 has been released for all the big consoles is there any chance in the near future that it will be released on PSP and PS2
Gingerlad » No idea about that one. You can get old COD games on the PS2 but I doubt they will make a PS2 version of COD4. Must admit I'm surprised there isn't COD 4 on the PSP though - I'd have thought that would be one to go for.
