It’s E3 and some fantastic looking footage for the upcoming sequel to Assassins Creed has been released.

I really liked the first Assassin’s Creed game, but it wasn’t without it’s flaws. Essentially it was repetitive. The pc version attacked some of these problems (more variety in the sub missions) and the sequel tries even harder. Ezio Auditore di Firenze (the new Altair) can now swim, steal other characters weapons, fly with the help of a hang-glider, grab guards from inside those handy hay karts, shoot pistols, and I am sure many other things.

The game has now moved to Venice and uses the cities canals and Renaissance influences to beautiful effect. Check out the trailer below and let me know your thoughts in the comments.
